To access the full features of the wingstore Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) wingstore Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wingstore reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

wingstore reserves the right to suspend Account access and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wingstore Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wingstore will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify wingstore immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. wingstore shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
wingstore recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their Account and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform.
wingstore accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wingstore reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Players may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of wingstore's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
All transactions on the wingstore Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wingstore does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the wingstore Account. wingstore does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. wingstore reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
wingstore aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. wingstore is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Real-money Balance that has not been used to satisfy wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.

All games available on the wingstore Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All game outcomes on wingstore are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained dealers. wingstore does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, wingstore reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. wingstore's decision in such matters is final.
Wagers placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their Wager details before confirmation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wingstore Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:
wingstore cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
wingstore is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with online gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new Accounts. Any Account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any Balance forfeited.
wingstore supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming advocacy and complies with all PAGCOR directives relating to player protection.
All content on the wingstore Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of wingstore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wingstore.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wingstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
wingstore's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
wingstore does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
wingstore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at wingstore's sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, wingstore reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where permitted by law, any Balance associated with prohibited conduct. Real-money Balance not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to verification.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the wingstore support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to wingstore's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, failing that, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
wingstore reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
