• Legitimate interests – processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent – processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

7.4 Business Transfers

• Gaming activity data – retained for three (3) years from the date of the activity, or longer if required for regulatory or dispute resolution purposes;
• Customer support communications – retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication;
• Marketing data – retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, wingstore will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines.

12. Children's Privacy

The wingstore Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. wingstore does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If wingstore becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities. If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16.

13. International Data Transfers

wingstore's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, for example, in connection with cloud infrastructure or identity verification services.

Where such transfers occur, wingstore ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. wingstore will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without your explicit consent or without implementing appropriate safeguards.

The wingstore Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. wingstore is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

wingstore reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

The updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
